Scope and owner
Personal rclone is Tony Ma's configuration for syncing personal Google Drive files with rclone. It is for the owner's use only. This policy covers the tool and this website.

Google data accessed
Once authorized, rclone accesses Google Drive file contents and metadata such as file names, directories, sizes, timestamps and checksums, according to the permissions granted.
Read permissions support listing, comparing and downloading files. Write permissions support uploading, copying, modifying, moving and deleting them. The actual scope depends on the Google consent screen and the operations the owner runs.
Data use and sharing
Google user data is used only for copying, backup, synchronization, verification and related troubleshooting chosen by the owner. Files move between Google Drive and computers, servers or storage destinations explicitly selected by the owner.
Google user data is not sold or used for advertising, profiling or training general AI / machine learning models. File contents are not disclosed to third parties unrelated to these operations. Any storage service selected by the owner processes files under its own policies.
Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Retention, security and deletion
File copies remain in Google Drive, devices or storage destinations selected by the owner until the owner deletes them. Devices may retain file metadata, caches or operation logs needed for file operations; the owner clears these as needed.
OAuth credentials and tokens are stored on devices managed by the owner and protected by device access permissions. This website does not store them. rclone communicates with Google APIs over HTTPS.
Files, caches, logs and local authorization settings must be deleted on the relevant devices and storage services. Deleting one copy does not automatically delete copies elsewhere.
Revoking authorization
The owner can revoke this tool's access through Google Account third-party connections and remove the corresponding rclone configuration from the devices running it.
Revocation stops future Google API access. It does not delete files already copied to devices or other storage destinations; the owner must delete those copies separately.
Website access data
This is a static information website. It does not receive Google passwords, Drive files or OAuth tokens, and uses no visitor analytics, advertising or application cookies.
Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website. It may process technical records such as IP addresses, request times and browser details to provide its service, protect security and diagnose issues. See the Cloudflare privacy policy.
